Thomas Jastermsky, Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board

As the founder of Holy Joe’s, Tom provides leadership, communications, logistics expertise, quality control and guidance. He has developed strategic partnerships with key product suppliers including Keurig | Green Mountain Coffee, New England Coffee, Harney & Son's Tea brands, and many others. Leading key logistical expertise, Tom has developed strategic partnerships with transportation teams from FedEx, Schneider National, Conway, JB Hunt and many others. Tom works closely with the deploying military to coordinate logistical needs with Space-A (Space Available) military flights for delivering our pallets of coffee for worldwide distribution to military bases.

Don Snow, First Vice Chair

Don Snow served twenty-seven years on active duty in the Navy retiring in early 2008 from SEAL TEAM 7. In mid-2008 he was hired by SEAL TEAM 7 as a civilian DOD employee to the Operations Manager (OPS Deputy) position and has been involved with Holy Joe’s since 2010, Don has an expert level of understanding in key DOD logistics systems that has assisted Holy Joe's in distributing over 3 million K-cups and over 200 Keurig machines to forward deployed stations to include locations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Guam and various other worldwide locations. He is always available to provide key advisory support to the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. In current capacity as OPS deputy he manages 200 SEALs and a budget in excess of 3 million a year to ensure all command members are trained in compliance with the NSW force readiness standards. Don's community service includes Church security coordinator at Sacred Heart Church in Coronado Ca, Little League coach and manager and RBI baseball Coach and Manager. He is a certified National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) coach and has continuously coached numerous baseball teams year-round for the last 5 years.

Aaron Shelton, Treasurer

Aaron Shelton served 21 years on active duty in the Navy retiring in June 2008 from Commander Destroyer Squadron One. In mid-2012 he was hired by General Dynamics Information Technology as a civilian Officer of the Deck/Navigation Instructor for the Navy’s Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility. Aaron has been helping distribute coffee provided by Holy Joe’s since 2015, Aaron has an expert level of understanding in key DOD logistics systems that has assisted Holy Joe's in distributing to Naval ships heading for deployment overseas. He is always available to provide key advisory support to the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. In current capacity as Senior Navigation Instructor he ensures all sailors are trained in compliance with Naval force readiness standards. Aaron's community service includes Treasurer for a yearly Motorcycle Charity event which gives 100% of all proceeds to Homefront San Diego. He is also involved with Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans Association (IAVA) and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Aaron joined Holy Joe’s Board of Directors in 2019.

Stacy Shea

Stacy Shea is the President of Adamantine Alliance, which she founded with her husband, retired Navy SEAL Thom Shea. Stacy delivers inspirational keynote speeches to groups across the country. She is the promotional force behind Unbreakable: A Navy SEAL’s Way of Life. Her passion for supporting military families was demonstrated as she served as the Ombudsman for SEAL Team 7 and the President of the FRG for Naval Special Warfare Group One while her husband was on active duty. Along with her deepest passion for being a devoted mother and wife, she comes from a professional background, having spent 14 years in the investment business. She managed individual client relationships and was responsible for the professional development of her staff at Advest, Inc., Legg Mason Wood Walker and Washington Mutual.

Thomas McInerney

Tom served four years in the Navy as an Egress Systems Aircraft Mechanic. While stationed at North Island Air Base he acquired a 1940 Knucklehead Harley Davidson. Seeing the need for welding skills, he enrolled in the welding program at San Diego City College. He found that he enjoyed working with steel and acquired an Associate’s Degree in Welding Heavy Industry. After working as a pipe welder in various ship yards on the west coast and operating a mobile weld business he hired on with the United States Border Patrol as a Welder Fence Repairman. Tom has been with DHS for 23 years working in the Tactical Infrastructure Department.

Giovanni A. Justiniani

Giovanni A. Justiniani joined the Marine Corps in 2004 and completed three deployments. One to Asad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2006-2007, one carrier deployment aboard the USS Nimitz in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013, and a Unit Readiness Plan deployment to Japan and South Korea in 2016. Additionally, he guarded American Embassies overseas as a Marine Security Guard from 2007-2010. Giovanni joined Holy Joe’s Board in 2019.

Derrick F. Van Orden

A highly motivated, combat leader with experience in both the private and public sectors Derrick Van Orden has conceived, developed, implemented, and managed complex programs in the world’s most challenging environments. He was U.S. Commanding General's Advisor for Special Operations Command, Europe, from 2009 through 2012; and Troop Senior Enlisted Leader to SEAL Team Seven from 2007 to 2009. The author of Book of Man, a Navy SEAL's Guide to the Lost Art of Manhood, Derrick has recently started law school in order to gain a richer understanding of what makes our nation exceptional.
